Thank you for shopping at Evolve Poke Center! We specialize in authentic Pokémon Trading Card Game (TCG) products, including sealed packs, booster boxes, singles, accessories, and collectibles. This Shipping Policy outlines our shipping process, options, timelines, and important details to set clear expectations.

Shipping Options

We offer the following domestic shipping methods within the United States (calculated at checkout based on weight, dimensions, and destination):

  • USPS Ground Advantage: Affordable standard shipping, typically 2-5 business days.
  • UPS Ground: Reliable ground service, typically 1-5 business days depending on location.
  • UPS 2nd Day Air: Expedited option for faster delivery.
  • UPS Next Day Air: Priority overnight shipping (where available).

All orders include tracking information. Shipping rates are determined in real-time via Shopify and our carriers. We currently ship only within the continental United States (additional fees may apply for Alaska, Hawaii, or PO Boxes).

International shipping is not available at this time.

Order Processing and Handling Time

  • Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1-3 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays) after payment confirmation.
  • You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your order ships.
  • Business days do not include weekends or major U.S. holidays.

Pre-Orders and Pre-Release Products

We often offer pre-orders for upcoming Pokémon TCG releases to help you secure new products.

  • Pre-order items will ship as soon as they arrive in our inventory, typically around or shortly after the official release date.
  • Estimated shipping dates are provided on product pages but are subject to change due to distributor delays, allocation limits, or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.
  • Orders containing both pre-order and in-stock items will ship together once all items are available (we recommend placing separate orders if you want in-stock items shipped immediately).
  • We are not responsible for delays in pre-order fulfillment caused by suppliers or manufacturers.

Shipping Risks and Delays

  • Risk of loss or damage passes to you once the package is handed to the carrier.
  • Delivery estimates are provided by carriers and are not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays due to weather, carrier issues, customs (if applicable), or other external factors.
  • All packages are carefully packed to protect fragile TCG items, but we recommend inspecting your order upon arrival and reporting any carrier damage immediately to the shipping company.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your tracking shows no updates or delivery issues, please contact us at info@Evolvepokecenter.com with your order number. We'll assist in filing claims where possible.
