Refund policy
All Sales Are Final Due to the nature of Trading Card Games (TCG) products, including sealed packs, booster boxes, singles, and collectibles, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds for change of mind, buyer's remorse, or any other non-defective reasons. TCG items are highly sensitive to potential tampering, resealing, or fraud, which is why this strict policy is in place to protect both our customers and our store.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items We strive to ensure every order is accurate and arrives in excellent condition. Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or if we sent the wrong item:
- Contact us at info@Evolvepokecenter.com within 48 hours of delivery, including photos of the issue and your order details.
- We will evaluate the claim and, if valid, make it right by offering a replacement (if available), partial/full refund, or other resolution at our discretion.
We are not responsible for damage caused during shipping if the package appears intact externally, claims must include clear evidence.
No Exchanges We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, please place a new order.
